My perfect loom was only missing 1 set of cheap user-replaceable parts. The crank handles for advancing the warp and taking up the finished cloth were lost before it was given to the previous owner. Fortunately, said handles are still available as singles from harrisville.com for $12 each. I have ordered a pair and they should be winging their way to me in short order. Tomorrow I need to pop out to Susan's Fiber Shop to pick up a boat shuttle and maybe some more wool warp yarn.

I've picked out the pattern that I want to weave first and the Sleying, Threading, and Treadling are as follows:

Warp threads: (13 EPI * 24" + 4 floating selvedge)
316

Sleying: (13 EPI on a 10 dent reed...)
1, 1, 2

Threading:
2, 1, 4, 3, 2, 1, 4, 3, 1, 2, 3, 4, 1, 2, 3, 4

Treadling:

2, 3
1, 2
1, 4
3, 4
2, 3
1, 2
1, 4
3, 4
1, 2
2, 3
3, 4
1, 4
1, 2
2, 3
3, 4
1, 4

Weaving this sucker is going to be like an extended game of hop-scotch until I can get the 6 treadle upgrade for this loom... Until then, I'll be getting a hell of a work out as I make this broken point twill.
