I have a book called "The Teddy Bear Making Book" that showed me the rudiments of toy making long ago, but all I really needed other than basic dress making skills was this free pattern (http://teddiesbylauralynn.com/free-patterns/Project_Directions/Sebastian.html) that I found on teh intarwebs.
