Someone I know is having a birthday next week, and I've been wracking my brains over what to get for her... I think I has plan, but I'm not sure there's enough time for execution...

We'll see how it goes.

In other news, both Zig and I had our cars in the shop over the weekend. He got a fancy new wheel baring and I got a new starter. Next time we spend $1000 on transportation in one weekend, I hope it involves plane fare....

I'm really behind on taking pictures of works in progress/completed. I just finished herring-bone stitching the crap out of some viking garb for their highnesses. I'm nearly done hand-stitching an under-tunic for myself. If the under-dress fits, it'll be time to start cutting into some of that tasty-tasty wool I got at S. R. Harris two weeks ago...

You could try giving her a Master Chandler on a stick. Everything is better on a stick. I'm sure Zig has got a stick laying around somewhere...now you just need to find a Master Chandler. So entertaining when delivered on a stick.
