Do you have to do the research there? I thought that you were able to do tons of research beforehand and then just bring the documentation with you.
Since it is a team piece, if you haven't all agreed on everything beforehand, you could bring extra in case they choose not to go with some of the initial ideas you had.
Of course, I could be completely off. Since I am doing Day of Fencing, I haven't looked that closely at the rules.
