The cake was wonderful, though I found it with the young man in question still in bed, and wondered about the bite taken out of one. I worried about the cat for a while.
It had a yummy, rich flavor, and was good. Thanks for the help - nothing is better than coming down in the morning to a home-made cake hiding in the microwave with a loving note attached. :-)
