My laptop has died. There is no Warcrack. There is no LJ. There are no internets. There is no Adobe Digital Editions and therefore no electronic library.
Either God hates me, or he's trying to tell me that I really need to finish my knitting project. Possibly both.
Fortunately this weekend will be full of busy with things that don't require the internets... I have to finish fixing Evan's tabard and there is the event on Saturday...
Even still, I am crabby about this. I just bought that laptop in SEPTEMBER. At least there is still warrantee on it but COME ON PEOPLE... I AM A JUNKY! WHAT AM I GOING TO DO??? (You know how you can tell? I have a perfectly adequite Mac laptop for work that I will be taking home with me tonight, and I am hyperventilating anyway... I haven't installed Warcrack on this Mac. ) It WOULD have to be one of the few things about a laptop that is prohibitively expensive for me to fix myself. The crap motherboard went... There were signs.... There were symptoms.... At least I called in last Sunday to lodge a complaint, so when it totally went, they gave me no trouble about taking it back for a warrantee replacement mobo.... BUT THIS WILL TAKE 14 DAYS. How is a girl to survive?! I'd rather be without my CAR. At least in that situation I can obtain an adequate rental... Zig has loaned me his laptop for the purpose of playing Warcraft, but it's not MY laptop. It is not optimized. It doesn't have my finger-sweat in every key of the keyboard.
I feel like a kid whose wubbie is in the wash. NO. THIS OTHER BLANKET IS NOT AN EQUITABLE REPLACEMENT. IT DOESN'T HAVE MY STINK IN IT, AND THEREFORE, IT IS NOT RIGHT.

AND! AAAND.... I somehow managed to forget my cell phone at home today. ARGH.
