I really don't feel like there was a weekend at all... I didn't get anything done on my projects like I wanted to.

goldfrog and Raito's house to help make coronation garb. That was fun and visity and productive until my stupid shoulder gave out on me and my hand started going numb. I went home and fixed brunch for Zig and then puttered around the house making a variety of small messes while I waited for my shoulder to stop bugging me. I ended up carding more wool and then spinning it up so that I could have another go at finishing the Eithni Pinwheel Sweater.
Saturday night I went to the Inferno to meet up with the Kegslayers andfencert. It was FAR too crowded and hot to really be any fun, plus I just felt... fat. I can safely say that quitting smoking was a success, but dieting was a failure. I don't smoke anymore but I still weigh 144 lbs. So I need to put a greater concentration on eating healthy. I bought a bunch of fruit at the store this week, so hopefully the summer diet shift into salads will take care of the problem.
Sunday... Sunday a river ran through the basement as I knit furiously away ateithni's sweater. It is *finally* to the stage where it can be tried on... I think maybe the sleeves are 2 inches two short. I'll finish getting it off the circular needle first and have her try it on before I can confirm.... but I have once again run out of string and will need to spin more.
I also put in some time working on a pair of Coptic Stockings:
It would be unrealistic of me to wish to have one done in time for A&S at Border Skirmish, but I will think about it anyway...
Really, what I need to do is make some new garb before Border Skirmish. I'm torn between making a nice green Gothic Fitted Gown, or a new set of tunics. Or maybe some Persian....
