Weekend of accomplishment:

Well, I started a pair of socks for my Mom at Christmas time, and week before last she called to ask WHERE HER SOCKS WERE??? *blush* The first sock was languishing, forgotten at the bottom of my knitting basket. So, I finished up that first sock, straight away, and started the second sock in my hotel room at Rumble in the Forest/That Moot Thingy... I finished the second sock on Saturday night during a "fiber semi-sleepover" at eithni's house, and have dutifully posted a package of hand spun wool socks to my Mother - just in time for the summer season.
