**Aaatchu!**

It becomes clear now why my neck and shoulders tensed up and hurt all day yesterday... They were just prepairing for this morning and the eleventy-two unexpected sneezes while I was trying to make coffee. If my shoulder's wouldn't have been so "on top of things" I'm fairly sure my head would have fallen RIGHT OFF.

Of course I stayed home from work today... What with all the unscheduled napping yesterday, and the suddenly un-cooperative sinuses this morning, I probably wouldn't have accomplished much anyway.

Now I'm off to drink coffee and take meds and have a quiet day playing with string!

My body feels like crap, but my spirits are good. I'm surrounded by a ton of buttery-soft wool and warm dogs. I am moving slowly and napping at the drop of a hat, but today, I have the luxury of not needing to rush or get anything done.

Despite being sick, I think I will have a very good day today.
